Raw Without The FUD

Michael Tapes of Raw Workflow has fairly well done video tutorial series explaining the mysteries of raw capture titled Raw Without The FUD. This series has been circulating the net with high praise and from what I can see, it looks well deserved.

There looks to be a downside though. From what I can gleam on the FAQ, the files are all flash video. This means you cannot view any of them on your TV, nor will you be able to burn the download version to DVD using third-party software (unless you know how to extract flash video). I can’t imaging why he decided to use Flash instead of the standard (and superior) MPEG-4, but there it is.

If you can get past the lack of TV viewing, then I’d recommend you check it out.
