Quick B&W in Lightroom

The quickest way to convert an image in Lightroom to Black & White is to hit V. This works in any of the modules with the exception of the Web module.

In Library Grid mode, you can convert as many images as you have selected with a single keystroke. In all the other modules, conversions are done one image at a time.

Likewise, pressing V with a BW image selected will return it to color.
